Dear residents

We are launching Condo Control (www.condocontrolcentral.com) today. A new secure app to communicate electronically with you and other owners/residents. The new app contains a secured area that will be the primary means for communicating important notices, such as events and announcements, and allowing you to submit maintenance requests. For owners, it also provides access to confidential documents such as your annual budget, meeting notices, and minutes. We request that you all become familiar with the app, as we believe it will significantly enhance your experience at The Willows.

We are emailing the registration instructions (for those residents that have not provided us with an email, we’ll share instructions via a letter).

Gyms

We’ll honor all gym reservations until Jun 19 through the existing reservation tool. Starting Jun 19, please reserve the gyms through condo control.
